Side Door Hub LLC ("Side Door Hub," "we," "us") places free dry-erase boards inside local businesses in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and features nearby businesses on those boards. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit sidedoorhub.com, fill out one of our forms, call or text us, email us, or meet with us, and how we use it. We do not sell your personal information.

We collect information about businesses mainly in a business context. If you are an owner or employee, the contact details you give us for your business are covered by this policy.
How we use information
- To answer your questions and follow up on your inquiry.
- To evaluate, set up and manage board placements and featured spots, including design, production, placement and renewals.
- To prepare and send agreements, invoices and receipts.
- To contact businesses that may want to host a board or be featured, by email, phone, direct message or in person.
- To keep records of our conversations and meetings so our team can follow up accurately.
- To improve our website, services and outreach.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to protect our rights.
Calls with our AI receptionist
Calls to our main number may be answered by an AI assistant. The assistant tells callers it is an AI if asked. Calls are transcribed, and we keep the transcript and a summary, not the call audio. The assistant may also save details from the call (such as your name, business, ZIP code and reason for calling) to your contact record and create a follow-up task for our team. A person from Side Door Hub reviews these records and follows up.
Website chat
The chat on our website may be answered by an AI assistant that uses our published program information. It tells you it is an AI if asked. Chat messages, and any contact details you share in the chat, are saved to your contact record so our team can follow up. The chat assistant cannot approve agreements, prices, refunds or exceptions.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your inquiry, meeting times, your board or featured spot, and account updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.
We may email you about your inquiry, your agreement or your board. We may also send occasional outreach emails to businesses about hosting or featuring. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor unsubscribe requests.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run Side Door Hub:
- Service providers that work on our behalf, such as our CRM and phone system (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), AI call and messaging tools, email delivery, e-signature, payment processing, and printing or design vendors that produce panels. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
- Host businesses and the public, for featured content you approve. A featured panel is displayed inside a host business, so the business name, logo, contact details and offer you approve for your panel are public by design. We may also share a featured business's name with the host of that board.
- Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety or property of Side Door Hub or others.
- A business transfer, such as a merger or sale of the business, under this policy's protections.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising by others.
Cookies and website analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar tools for three things: running our contact forms and chat widget (provided by GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) and linking your messages to your inquiry; remembering your preferences; and website analytics that show us how visitors use the site, such as which pages they view. We do not currently use advertising cookies or ad pixels, and we do not let others track visitors on our site for advertising. If that changes, we will update this policy first. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the forms and chat may not work without them.
How long we keep information
We keep information in our customer records system for as long as we have a business reason to, such as an open inquiry, an active board or featured spot, or legal, tax and accounting needs. We do not set a fixed deletion date. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Your choices), and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, and we limit access to people who need it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- Tell us not to contact your business again, and we will record that request.
To make a request, email info@sidedoorhub.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will respond within 45 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them as required.
Children
Side Door Hub is a service for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and we will tell you of material changes when the law requires it.
