These terms apply when you use sidedoorhub.com, submit one of our forms, or call, text, email or message Side Door Hub LLC ("Side Door Hub," "we," "us"). By doing any of these, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our forms.

1. What Side Door Hub does

Side Door Hub places free dry-erase boards inside local businesses ("hosts") and features a small number of nearby businesses ("featured businesses") on printed panels on those boards. The website, our forms and our conversations describe the program in general. Locations, availability and timing change as the program grows.

2. Who may use the website

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the website or our forms for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business.

3. Inquiries are not agreements

Submitting a form, calling, texting or talking with us is an inquiry, not a commitment by you or by us. Nothing on the website, in a call (including a call with our AI receptionist), or in a message reserves a board, a location or a featured spot.

A board placement or featured spot is confirmed only by a signed written agreement, such as the Side Door Hub Board Host Agreement or the Featured Business Placement Agreement. If a signed agreement and these terms conflict, the signed agreement controls.

4. No guaranteed results

SIDE DOOR HUB DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY NUMBER OF VIEWS, CUSTOMERS, LEADS, SALES, TRAFFIC OR OTHER BUSINESS RESULTS FROM HOSTING A BOARD OR BEING FEATURED ON ONE.

5. Calls, texts and emails

  • AI receptionist and chat. Calls to our main number, and chats on our website, may be answered by an AI assistant. Calls are transcribed; we keep the transcript and a summary, not the audio. Information from the call may be saved to our records so our team can follow up. An AI assistant cannot approve agreements, prices, refunds, exceptions or schedules; only a signed agreement or a written confirmation from our team can.
  • Text messages. If you opt in, we may send texts about your inquiry, meetings, your board or featured spot, and account updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help, or email info@sidedoorhub.com. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Email. We may email you about your inquiry or account, and send occasional business outreach. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information collected through these channels.

6. Information and materials you send us

You are responsible for the information, logos, images and other materials you send us, and you confirm that you have the right to share them. You give Side Door Hub permission to use them to respond to your inquiry and to prepare proposals, designs and agreements for you. Use of materials on a produced panel, including photographs and promotion, is governed by your signed agreement.

Please do not send us payment card numbers, bank details or other sensitive information through our forms, calls or texts. We collect payments only through our invoicing and payment provider.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • submit false, misleading or someone else's information;
  • send spam, malware, or unlawful, defamatory or abusive content;
  • try to access our systems or other people's data without permission, or disrupt the website or forms;
  • scrape or copy the website's content or our materials for commercial use without our written permission.

8. Our content and trademarks

The website, the Side Door Hub name and logo, board designs, photos and text belong to Side Door Hub or its licensors. You may view and share them for personal or internal business use. Any other use needs our written permission. Logos and trademarks of hosts and featured businesses belong to their owners.

9. Third-party links and services

The website may link to other sites, such as social media pages or the websites of businesses on our boards. We are not responsible for their content or practices. A business appearing on a Side Door Hub board is not an endorsement of that business by Side Door Hub or by the host.

10. Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE, FORMS AND GENERAL INFORMATION WE PROVIDE ARE OFFERED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, SIDE DOOR HUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR ALWAYS AVAILABLE, OR THAT GENERAL INFORMATION ON IT IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, SIDE DOOR HUB WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, OUR FORMS OR OUR COMMUNICATIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT ANY RIGHT OR REMEDY UNDER A SIGNED AGREEMENT, WHICH HAS ITS OWN TERMS.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover Side Door Hub's reasonable losses and costs, including attorney's fees, from claims by others that arise from materials you send us or from your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute under these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas, and you and Side Door Hub agree to that venue. Before filing a claim, please email info@sidedoorhub.com or write to us at the address below so we can try to resolve it informally.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when we post it on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the website or our forms after that means you accept the updated terms.
